1.    Staff costs(weekly):
We employee 3 persons with a total of 100 work hours paid over the minimum wage – 750 RON/week * 12 weeks = 9,000 RON

We will buy some new equipment – 1,000 RON
3.    Furniture and decorations
New furniture – 4,000 RON
4.    Utilities (heating, illuminating, water, phone)(3 months):
Minimum number of lights, including candles, heating and phone line – 700 RON
Designer lighting, broadband internet connection for costumers – 500 RON
5.    Insurance:
Fully comprehensive – 2,000 RON
6.    Rent and other charges (monthly) – 2,700 RON * 3 months = 8,100 RON
7.    Promotion
Self printing and distribute handouts, ad in a local paper, local radio – 3,550 RON
