The employees will work 8 hours a day, and each day there will be two employees in the shop. This way we could have more clients.
We will have 3 manager’s specialty coffees:
1. the Coffee of the week: each week we will have something else in the coffee a new flavor.
2. the Coffee of the special day: on special national or international days the coffee will have a theme.
3. the Students’ Coffee: 3 cups of filtered coffee in a bigger can at the price of 2, available only if the students are in the coffee shop to study.
We will also have a promotion: when students that register in the database of the coffee shop present a valid student card they will be able to order a new free cup of coffee after they preordered 3.
At the beginning the coffee shop will have 4 employees working a total of 248 hours a month. Each will gain 800 RON per month this meaning they will gain 3200 RON a month per total.
